The Attorney will defend businesses and individuals in various liability matters such as premises, property, auto and bodily injury.
Responsibilities
- Perform case analysis and advise clients
- Take and defend depositions, draft and argue dispositive motions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Client reports
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
